Elva Björk Jónsdóttir
Miss Kirkjufell

Elva Björk is 19 years old and was born and raised in Grundarfjörður located in Western Iceland. She currently lives in Hveragerði where she is employed in after school program working with children. She likes challenging herself and experiencing things that get her out of her comfort zone. In her spare time she enjoys singing, Crossfit, hiking, yoga, cooking and educating herself about health and exercising. Her future plans include attending Keilir Academy in the Fall with the goal of becoming a strength trainer. Three words that best describe her are positive, outgoing and ambitious.

Isis Helga Pollock
Miss 101 Reykjavik

Isis, 18, has been a circus artist & performer for the past 10 years. She is one of the founders of the Young People's Circus. She has held various roles for the organization from being an acrobatics performer to managing the groups social media outlets as well as project managing their summer projects. She enjoys especially working with children teaching them art as well is a face painter. If she were to become the next Miss Universe Iceland, she would like to use this platform to support mental health awareness. She firmly believes our society should take an active role to influence and help those who are struggling with such mental illnesses. In her free time, she likes to spend time in the countryside at her mother's home and exploring Icelandic nature as often as they can.

Miss Keflavik

Tinna María was born and raised in Suðurnes but now lives in Sandgerði. She is 23 years old and is a graduate, a nail technician but is also excited to continue learning and her studies. She loves animals and is a pescatarian. Tinna Maria is very positive and always wants to help others accomplish great things. She has been through challenges in her younger years and wants to help children who struggle with depression and anxiety. She feels it is important for people to be able to love themselves in order to be able to conquer their goals and dreams.

Maríanna Líf Swain
Miss Blue Mountains

Maríanna is a 24 year old who resides in Keflavík. She is multi-cultural woman who embraces her Icelandic and American heritage. She currently works at Keflavík International Airport as a check-in agent. One of the great joys of her job is getting the privilege of meeting and talking to people from all over the world. She joined the Miss Universe Iceland competition to challenge herself and experience self-growth and development. She also hopes to make new friends along the way and watch all the competitors blossom as they go through this competition together.

Miss Breidholt

Elín is 21 years old and is representing the city of Breidholt. She was born in the United States and raised in Reykjavik, Iceland. She currently works at a pre-school in Reykjavik and attends school at Fjölbrautaskólinn við Ármúla. She loves to travel and staying active. Elin enjoys snowboarding, pole fitness and running. At home, she likes to spend quality time with her family and friends, listening to music and always ready for a new adventure.

Sylwia Sienkiewicz
Miss Black Sand Beach

Sylwia, 22, moved to Iceland with her family when she was 2 years old. She currently works at a local eatery and will be enrolling in school next August to become a personal trainer. She speaks Polish, Icelandic and English fluently and is learning Spanish. Her hobbies include traveling, hiking, spending time with friends and family, reading and exercising. Her goals are to always increase her personal skills, knowledge and learn something new every day.

Klara Rut Gestsdóttir
Miss Akranes

Klara Rut, 21 years old, was born in Reykjavík but moved to Dalvík when she was 3 years old and was raised there until she was 12. Her family then moved to Siglufjörður where she was able to finish her primary school. At 17, she moved back to Reykjavík, where she excelled in learning makeup artistry. Today, she works at a kindergarten school and absolutely loves working with small children whom she feels she learns from as well. She loves animals, especially cats and enjoys travel, learning new things and living life to its fullest.

Karen Ása Benediktsdóttir
Miss Hornafjordur

Karen Ása was born and raised in Höfn í Hornafirði, and is the youngest of four siblings. She is currently a student enrolled in Framhaldsskólinn í Austur Skaftafellsýslu studying art and culture. She is very interested in fashion and hopes to work in that industry in the future. Karen also is very interested physical health and recently discovered Crossfit and loves it! She would describe herself as a positive person, cheerful and ambitious. She is a firm believer in equal rights for all and that everyone should be able to be authentically themselves.
