Her National Costume is a VEGIGANTE, it is kind of a CARNIVAL DEMON used in PR's CARNIVALS o PARADES, some are complaining because a VEGIGANTE is colorful and not just one color like Viviana's, also some calling her costume a MEDUSA, wich are pissing off puertorricans, also she should be carriying BALLOONS, in Spanish it is called VEGIGA or GLOBO, that's were the name VEGIGANTE comes from....
