I remember in 2006 IRAQ should compete in that year but it didnt happened and i dont think it will happen this time as well as Morocco & Burma?? i think the pageant are already banned in this country...

Hong Kong??? is this confirm? this country is competing in Miss China Universe since 2002 (Correct me if im wrong), nice to see if Hong Kong will compete again as not China
