I though the Ruth O. award is for deserving candidate who did not make the cut. I don´t think Czech Republic was the one who should make it for sure. Or am I wrong..?

It's for overhyped mega-favorites. Czech Rep was a big favourite, maybe not so much on our forum but on the rest intl' forums she was no.1 on many lists... so maybe if we count only our forum 2nd would be Ecuador, 1st definetely Puerto Rico.

Ok, didn´t see her as a overhyped megafavorite. In this case, I think Puerto Rico was.

i also think that she was not overhyped. I think she was hyped but that she desevered it because she was really beautifull and should be in the 16 minimum.

Bodine is sad when she wasnt called in the top 16, you can see that after the top 16 announcement and she was the only girl i remembered after the top 16 and everyone say while im watching ' Puerto Rico is out'....
