Also, Philippines walked away with four awards (including 'BEST' costume)...LAUGHABLE! Simply to pacify the fans. The MUO needs to grow some cojones, and stop handing out placements to certain countries based only on the fear of protest or reprisal. It sickens me.

When they don`t win everything is a cooking show. They might crown themself on Mess Earth to make up for what they deem as being cheated.

I think the Best National Costume award was based on who got the most online votes.

They've been putting the "cooking show" comment on every MU-related post online. Its sad when you think about it.
Btw, I've NEVER followed Miss Earth, and probably never will, but I don't doubt you at all.

If this is the case going forward, they'd win NC every single year.

Re: Faith Gillezeau (TRINIDAD & TOBAGO 2023)
On the topic of (some) petty Pinoys and their Cooking Show comments, it's really sad & disgusting to see Sheynnis Palacios get so much HATE.
The day Antonia was crowned Miss Univ. Thailand, she was hated. After the pageant it intensified.
Then Australia got a lot of hate to. ONLY Puerto Rico & Colombia was speared from the pettiness.
I guess Sheynnis will be target #1 for the rest of this year & next year because these bullies are NOT giving up.
There was some report about the MU Org. that there was a MIX UP.......That Philippines was actually selected for the TOP 5 & the ORG. made a mistake.
IF this actually true, then I understand WHY many Pinoys are outraged.......They claimed their rep was STRONG in interviews. So I don't know nah.
But with these allegations.........I cannot help but wonder IF TYA JANE RAMEY faced the SAME FATE in 2022?
She was STRONG in interviews, very confident & charismatic, those interviewing her seemed to enjoy her presence & her PRESENTATION on stage was FANTASTIC.......I know I sound like a broken record BUT I always wondered WHY she was never given the opportunity to get a TOP 5 spot.
I guess we'll never know because T&T is not as big (population wise & geographically) as the Philippines & the most Trinbagonians are NOT pageant OBSESSED in large numbers to the point that we can BULLY any organisation online to provide us with answers/ PUBLIC STATEMENTS.
But just like we had to face disappointment, so will they. They have NO choice to ACCEPT it & MOVE ON.....I guess Cyber Bullying is their best way of expressing their frustration.
BULLY Allyuh way to yuh 5th MU CROWN
IF IT WAS TRUMP, HE EH TAKING DAT!!!! AS MUCH AS I DESPISE HIM, I GIVE HIM CREDIT FOR NOT GIVING A DAMN IN HIS DAY.

Additionally, Phillipinos need to just be satisfied with their placement this year. I don't belive for one second they were cheated. I know the "experts" online will continue to pander to the Phillipines fan base because at the end of the day they want the most vociferous segment of the online community on their sides. There were at least 9 or 10 ladies that were top 5 worthy and at least 30 that were top 20 worthy. It's a competition. If there rep. was not the best they need to get over it. I understand that some of the Phillipinos are upset that Thailand placed higher than their own rep. but resorting to unfounded accusations is really not a good look for them.
I suspect the international org. placed a couple of ladies in the top 20 this year. It's a business, and after all the financial losses of the owner, they are going to pander to where the fan base is. However, I don't see this woke agenda being of much benefit in the long run.

Hi hi Frank. It's been a while.......Over 2 months.
I guess this is where our differences lie as it concerns TYA.......Facially she was never the strongest but she made up for it in other aspects which IMO was worthy of a top 5 placement.
OR maybe I missed something that you noticed as it concerns any of her shortcomings?
I say that because you've followed pageants for yearssss & have seen all the changes made in the MU organizations, past & present. My analysis & even my predictions aren't always the strongest/sharpest.
As for Philippines, it t just never ends. Waiting to see the next/new targets in MU 2024.
You definitely have a point about MU org possibly handpicking some women these year and mostly for shock factor. EG. Nepal & Portugal.

I don't think I've even seen photos of Faith & MW T&T Ache together in candid shots or video.
Nice to see Faith being very supportive of Ache.
I took these screenshots of a short that Faith posted.
I'll also add that LATIFAH MORRIS (@ the back/right side) looks quite pretty even when she's unaware that the camera's rolling LOL!!
Pity that Latifah wasn't the strongest performer. She could have possibly made some type of impact @ MU if she was properly prepared.
