Miss Norway Universe 2009 is Eli Landa
Miss Norway World 2009 is Sarah Skjoldnes
I don't know the runner-up at the moment. Only the winners were announced in a 2 minutes live broadcast in a TV-show right now.
Beauty pageants are not hot news in Norway anymore. No live broadcast from the show.

Still no news on runner-ups.
I guess we have to wait until Froken Norge updates it's own website.
Usually they only announce one runner-up - both for MU and MW.

No, the winner came from nowhere, if I remember right only bestman and Emilia had her on their lists
